M.W. Evans, the Poincaré Lemma and Competent Lawyers

Evans wrote on his blog:
Recently we caught him (Bruhn) trying to assert that d ^ (d ^ omega) is zero.

And just now I've caught Evans to assert d Ù d Ù ω = 0. Thrice at least!!!

In his paper #7, THE EVANS LEMMA OF DIFFERENTIAL GEOMETRY we read

. . . Eq. (67) follows from the Poincaré lemma
              d Ù d := 0.               (69)

In his paper #11, THE ELECTROMAGNETIC SECTOR OF THE EVANS FIELD THEORY we read

. . . follows from the Poincaré lemma [22]
              d Ù d = 0.               (5)

In his paper #8, PHYSICAL OPTICS, THE SAGNAC EFFECT, AND THE AHARONOV-BOHM EFFECT IN THE EVANS UNIFIED FIELD THEORY we read

. . . However, the Poincaré lemma asserts that, for any topology,
              d Ù d := 0.               (15)

And on his blog we read: . . . adn any competent lawyer would come to the same conclusion.

I hope so! I hope that Dr. Evans will find competent lawyers who remind him of his own writings as I did hereby.
